Peyton was referred to Youth2Work Wairarapa by family. Working with the team he got support with his CV, cover letter and intervew skills. Part of the process with Youth2Work is getting ‘work ready’ with things like routines and tasks.
Through our connections with Breadcraft he went for an interview, and has now gained full time employment. Jen at Youth2Work made sure everything was going well with regular check-ins with both Peyton and the team at Breadcraft.
Peyton is now over 3 months into his new job, and really enjoying the role. A huge congratulations to Peyton for his work, and our thanks to Breadcraft for recognising the benefits of having youth on their team.
